I work in a bookstore.  A middle-aged man came into the store with his two teenaged sons, both of whom wanted DVD’s.  Their dad told them no, he would only get them books: they would read on their planeride, not watch a movie.  I commented “that’s very refreshing to hear.  Most parents here discourage their kids from reading, I really appreciate that you want your children to value books.”

He got an erection.
